It is a water based glue that is used to adhere decoupage paper to the t extile fabric in decorative and artistic works. It does not cause creasing, does not leave marks and, most importantly, it is a product that helps the paper to flex. It has 2 alternative packagings, namely 120cc and 250 cc.
