Description

It is a product that can be applied on all hard surfaces where one desires to create a velvety effect on the surface texture. Thin flog granules cover all the surface and prepares a soft surface. It is used together with Velvet Glue so as to prepare a suitable surface. It is available in a packaging of 90 cc with a variety of 18 colors.
